Mr. Sajeve Deora is a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than 38 years of experience in Corporate and related Economic legislations, Turnaround & Restructuring of Business/ Debt, Structuring Entry Strategy for Overseas Investors, Mergers & Acquisitions, Takeovers, Issue of New Capital, and Identifying Vendors for New Project Investments.
He is also listed on the panel of Arbitrators maintained by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
